Today was the beginning of spring in my yard, so I took pictures!
I THINK this is a primrose. It's a thornless member of the Rose family, that much I know. I just love the play of light and shadow, and the focal flower missing a few petals reminds us all that beauty is not in perfection, but imperfection.
